The composition of these photographic collages recalls traditional Persian geometric patterns. It also borrows its forms from the urban visual codes of Tehran: satellite dishes with rusty surfaces stand out on the silvery coating of the capital’s roofs. In the center of each satellite dish is the image of a heart.
The series acts as a metaphorical tale. What is being questioned here is access to Knowledge.

La composition de ces collages photographiques rappelle les motifs géométriques persans traditionnels. Elle emprunte aussi ses formes aux codes visuels urbains de Téhéran : des antennes paraboliques à la surface rouillée, ressortent sur le revêtement argenté des toits de la capitale. Au centre de chaque antenne parabolique, est disposée l’image d’un cœur.
La série agit comme un conte métaphorique. Ce qui est interrogé ici est l’accès à la Connaissance.
